The aim of the Genomics and Proteomics Chair is to promote the teaching and the research in the Genetics and Proteomics area in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).
Specific objectives:
• To support the optimization and reinforce the maintenance of the Center of Support to the research in Genomics and Proteomics at the UCM.
• To promote the presence of foreigner teachers to collaborate in teaching and research activities with the UCM.
• To contribute to the pre and post graduate formation in Genomics and Proteomics area in UCM.
• To strengthen the biomedical applications of Genomics and Proteomics area in Spain.
• To establish collaborations with the MERCK SHARP & DOHME.
