1. FIXING:
- 5 % acetic acid/ 50% methanol solution for 30 min.
2. WASHING:
- 50% methanol solution for 15 min.
- Milli-Q water for 15 min.
3. SENSITIZING :
- 0.01% sodium thiosulfate (Na 2 S 2 O 3 ) solution for 1 min.
4. WASHING:
- 2 washing cycles/1 min each with Milli-Q water.
5. STAINING: 0,1% SILVER NITRATE for 20 min at 4°C.
6. WASHING:
- 2 washing cycles/1 min each with Milli-Q water.
7. DEVELOPMENT:
- 2% sodium carbonate ( Na 2 CO 3 ) in 0.04% formalin (35% f ormaldehyde ) solution.
8. FIXING:
- 5% acetic acid solution for 5 min.
9. CONSERVATION:
- In 1% acetic acid solution at 4°C.
